How to create wallet offers

Create WalletPush offers (points, coupons, paid offers) and push them onto Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.

Open Offers (/business/offers) and click Create Offers.

Offers are rewards or coupons that can appear on the pass (Current_Offer or a dedicated offer field) and in the member experience.

Steps

  1. Open Offers.
  2. Click Create Offers.
  3. Choose the type (points offer, coupon / targeted offer, or a paid offer that uses Stripe).
  4. Set title, description, dates, and any points cost.
  5. Target a program / template and optional criteria.
  6. Save. Then either:

- Let an automation attach the offer, or - Send a push that writes the offer onto the pass field members actually see.

Claiming

  • Points offers need enough points at claim time.
  • Paid offers go through Stripe — connect Stripe first (Stripe and products).
  • After a claim, the pass should refresh so the member sees the new state. That refresh is a push / pass update, not a silent database edit.
