Members and wallet passes

Open Members (/business/members).

Each row is a person who enrolled (or was imported) into a program. Their Apple Wallet / Google Wallet pass is a separate record tied to that member.

What you can do

• Search and filter members (program, activity, segments).
• Add a member manually when you are not using a public landing page.
• Open a member to edit profile fields that also appear on the pass (name, points, etc.).
• Send a push to a segment from this screen when you need a list-based send.

How people usually join

1. They open your landing page or scan a QR.
2. They submit the form and add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
3. WalletPush creates the member + pass. Welcome automations can fire immediately.

Bulk import

Use Bulk Import (/business/bulk-import) for a CSV of existing customers. After import, send a distribution / enroll link so they actually add the pass — a spreadsheet row is not a pass on a phone.

Do not

• Do not treat the members table as what the phone displays. The phone shows the last values that were pushed to the pass.
• Do not put secrets in member notes that you also print on the pass.
