Bookings and appointment calendars

Set up WalletPush bookings — services, resources, calendars, and a public book flow that can live on your site or in Apple Wallet.

Open Booking Management (/business/booking-management).

Bookings is the appointment layer: services you sell, people or rooms that fulfill them, calendars, and a public /book/... page customers use.

Tabs

  1. Bookings — today / upcoming / missed / completed.
  2. Calendars — the bookable calendars members see.
  3. Resources — staff, rooms, or assets.
  4. Terminals — calendar-side staff screens (separate from POS terminals).
  5. Settings — booking rules for this business.

First-time setup

  1. Create at least one resource (who or what is bookable).
  2. Create services (duration, buffer, price if Stripe is connected).
  3. Attach services to a calendar.
  4. Copy the public book link and put it on a landing page or in a pass field.
  5. Place a test booking, then confirm it appears under Bookings.
